One hundred and fifty golfers participated in the Benevolent Fund's 2010 Golf Tournament. The weather was ideal, the two courses were well groomed and the BBQ lunch was incredible. We are already looking forward to the 2011 tournament. Although plans are still in the preliminary stages, we are hoping we can match or even exceed the quality and enjoyment that players experienced this year.

 Welcome to the Gwinnett Police Employee Benevolent Fund website.

 


Our Mission

 

Our Mission is to raise money and provide monetary relief to assist Gwinnett County Police Department employees or any law enforcement officer who is facing financial difficulty due to catastrophic situations, such as sudden or prolonged illness, a natural disaster affecting the employee and their family; or another catastrophic circumstance that results in a temporary financial hardship. The Fund also provides College Scholarship funds to eligible children of law Enforcement Agencies or High School Graduates seeking a Criminal Justice / Law Enforcement career. The committee members take their duties seriously to provide prudent stewardship to the monies contributed and raised for the Fund.

 


The Fund

 

The fund is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides assistance to Gwinnett Police Department Employees or any law enforcement officer, their family, or co-worker in times of need.  The GPEBF Board is made up of Gwinnett County Police department employees that serve a one or two year term on a volunteer basis.
